How do I submit a paper?
Submissions will be managed through EasyChair. The portal contains formatting guidelines and additional information.
How do I book accommodation?
Once you have completed your registration, you will receive a unique discount code for the RACV Royal Pines Resort Gold Coast. While our selected packages do not bundle accommodation directly into the price, this code ensures our delegates receive a preferred rate at the official venue.
Are social events included?
Yes. All packages include welcome reception, networking events, and the Gala Dinner. Additional activities may be announced closer to the event.
Can I upgrade my registration later?
Yes, while places remain available. Contact the organising committee for assistance with upgrades.
