Planning your presentation
Ahead of the conference, please note the following information regarding your presentation:
- Each presentation session is 30 minutes in total.
- Please plan for approximately 25 minutes of presentation time, followed by 5 minutes of Q&A.
- Presentation slides do not need to be submitted in advance.
- Each room will have a laptop at the presenter lectern; please bring your slides on a USB drive.
- The final speaker in each session will also serve as session chair, with responsibility for timekeeping.
